Holiday Giveaway

Thanks to the admin of Ozcardtrader for letting me post this up.

For those who haven't seen it already, it gives me great pleasure to announce a holiday giveaway I have running at the moment, which ends in under a months time.

It's basically a trip for 7 days/nights to Anaheim, California to attend the 27th National Card Show with all flights, accomodation and transfers included.

Dealers from all over the USA travel to this convention. There will be over 700 dealers, with all the major trading card companies having a stand each, + an autograph pavillion with at least 10 HOFers signing for the weekend.

A basic summary of entering is:

Purchase $150 worth of product (not including the postage) and you gain an automatic entry into the draw.
Only 1 ticket per purchase
Enter as many times as you like
Competition ends on the 5th June
Draw takes place on the 8th June
Winners announced on the 16th June.

I was lucky enough to goto last years one in Chicago.... the best day of my life.... I even changed my holiday schedule so I can goto the show... (the fiance was not to happy about it... but I sold her on the once in life time opportunity line )

Unfortunately can not take time off work this year, but otherwise would buy $150 to be in it...

As for who wins the comp.... ENJOY YOURSELF !!! the best time you will have

I'm looking forward to it, it will be my 1st National.

I went to a card show in New York 2001, and that was an experience in itself.

I think I have one ticket for this as well, from the Parramatta fair before last.
It'd be a pretty sweet holiday. Will there be more basketball signers besides Magic?

The autograph list has been updated, and Magic is the only one from basketball. Goes to show how lowly the NBA ranks in the states.

Draw will be done this Thurs at 12PM.

Sorry about the delay, but the winner was Robert Dunlop from NSW.

It will be officially published on Friday in the Australian under Public Notices.

Thanks to all those who entered, and if the next years National is in New York I will definitely look at running it again.
