Hi Everyone
Just wanting to make my first post and introduce myself. My name is Peter Thompson and have been a long time collector and seller of trading cards.
In the early 1990's I ran a trading card shop in the Nerang area and since 1997 I have been selling cards on-line via a variety of different websites.
Ebay being the main one in which I have operated the store formally gamedaycollectables and now thegamedaynetwork ( have a look at my feedback ) for the past 3 football seasons. I have currently put this shop on hold as I embark on a even larger ambition. I am currently developing a massive trading card website both as a source of information and a place to search for cards for sale. It is in the process of being developed but is live on the net for people to see. Have a look in my signature for the link to Gameday Trading Cards .
I am also looking out for dealers , collectors and experts to help me with content , pictures etc.. in order to make this the number one reference library about trading cards out there. I will be making a call out for this help over the coming months and probably will use this forum as one source to do.
I was prompted to develop this site by the fact that there are so few places on the web for background information and clear pictures of trading card sets.
I look forward to bringing this site to the Trading Card market and hope you can support this ambition by visiting the site.
