Hey all,

I used to collect Basketball cards when I was younger, when it was all the craze. I just recently got back into following the NBA. I'm thinking about collecting cards again but don't know where to start or buy them seeing as its not sold everywhere in my town like it was back in the day.

If there is a thread about collecting NBA cards for beginners please let me know.

hey mate and welcome to ozcard!!! well if you want to start buying and collecting again your in the rite place, there are lots here who sell boxes, and some who sell/trade single cards. just go to the basketball card forums "buy/sell/trade basketball" and keep an eye out for wat you like. once you get used to how the site works its very easy and lots of fun, everybody is very nice.

Wow guys, I have never been to a forum that is this friendly before and I've been on the net 15 years! Back in the day I collected skybox, can't remember the exact season I have the full set to as I can't get to them where they are stored. I was talking to a mate of mine yesterday and he was saying he got a rare MJ card back then and traded it for a BMX lol
