The thing with 90's sets are that every man and his turtles were collecting NBA cards in the 90's. Completely different market compared to today. The 90's was all low-end stuff and as common as Quincy Douby autos are today
Yes it is true that the 90's stuff was flooded on the market and most of it low end stuff . The one plus it has though is the players. The selection of players during this era includes some of the all time greats. So it will depend on what players you have. I think you will find in time ( I mean quite a deal of time ) that some insert cards and player cards from the 90's will hold great value because of the exact reason they do not hold value know. People will offload them , not take care of them etc..... Once they become rare enough they will have great historic value. Depends how long you are willing to hold on to them...
Thanks for the warm welcome there seems to be a great community spirit here
I'm no longer much of a collecter but given I have a complete set of cards I thought I'd hold onto them in case one day they increase in value.
Luckily I kept them in a folder in protective sleeves so they are all mint condition.
Will dig them out of my cupboard and post up some details to see if they are worth something today or whether the just put them away for another decade.
