I know that this is an Australian trading card comm... but its the only trading card community site that's not blocked at work (I'm in the U.S. by the way), so I've been on here looking at box breaks and such. I'm basically just here to present box breaks (while at work none the less) and communicate with you all about basketball cards.
Truth be told, I haven't opened a box of cards since 2001, when I had a box of Fleer Legacy (w/ a Marion signed replica jersey and the worst set of cards led by a Courtney Alexander #'d RC). The best card I ever pulled was a Glen Rice autographics out of a box of 96-97 NBA Hoops and its all down hill from there. Most of my collection is gone, with the exception of a couple of Vince Carter RC's (EX & Ultra) & a Jamison RC (SPX) as well as a Jason Richardson UD Auto & a UD dual shooting shirt card w/ J-Rich & Arenas (which I've bought individually on eBay).
I started getting the itch to open boxes again, ever since falling on several sports card websites and seeing sites like this where people are listing their luck opening up wax. I am expecting a package of four boxes in a couple of days... so hopefully I can find some "mojo" while sharing it with you all.
