Ok.... just finished watching the end of Series 3 (Volume 4) last night & gotta say the ending confused the hell out of me lol... 
I'm wondering how did Sylar fly!? He doesn't have that power.....??
Stew was saying that he possibly picked it up from shapeshifting into Nathan because of the DNA, but if that was the case wouldn't of Peter picked it up when he took Sylers powers?
Remember Peter said he couldn't fly when Claire said to go after them after they went out the window....
