Help with Shipping to the US please

Hey guys,
Need to ship a $500 card to the US and need to comply with Paypal rules so I'm protected. Ideally I would need full tracking (or tracking) and insurance. What would be the best and most cost effective way to send the card please? Any and all hall is appreciated.

Mate the only way to send something of that value is Austpost ECS with full insurance. It'll probably cost around $60-70 but there's no safer way to do it IMO.
