Help with identifying cards

Hey guys,
Can someone help with identifying this card & why it looks different? It has "Panini NBA" written on the front, which is different from the normal hoops base from that year.
The seller has other listings that i cant find also...an example would be the green Lebron hoops legend card.

Please help!

It is an international variant vs the standard American Hoops issue. Off the top of my head I can’t remember if it is European or Asian market.

It's an international set panini did in both 2014-15 and 2015-16. It used the basic hoops design but was a smaller set (150 cards both years). The inserts were identical to the correlating hoops sets except they added foil to those without it and removed foil from this with it. 2014-15 also included a small gold foil facsimile autograph insert where 2015-16 had an east VS west adrenalyn xl insert, a top players silver facsimile auto insert and a gold facsimile version of hot signatures. Both sets also had an extra rare insert called Extra Rare which fell something to the effect of 1 per case. The sets were available to the Asian, Australasian, Eurasian and European markets.
