Hello have a bit of a dilemma happening at the moment, I sold some cards on ebay last month, 27th of August, only $5 Aus

I haven't recieved payment for them all, now this particular seller has bought from me before, and same thing I waited over 4 weeks before I got payment, they didn't even bother to keep in contact with me about payment progress, same thing seems to have happend again.

I reported it to ebay put an unpaid item reminder, still nothing

Should I just go ahead and relist and put negative feedback, I think its pretty rough, seeing they have done this to the second time round, I just don't want negative feeback put on me also, that will make 5 in total I have recieved

What do you guys reckon I should do??

Give the unpaid item strike and get your selling fees back.

If you're worried about retal. negative, then don't leave a negative.
Its only a $5 auction - its not like they didn't pay for a $200 item :)

they are heading that way, last time they said they had gone away on holidays would you have thought they would organise payment before going away and just leaving me in the lurch?

Simply let them know that if they don;t reply to your e-mail the item shall be re-listed.

Don't leave negative, just lodge an un-paid item claim. This occured to me 3 times (and I have only sold ~15 items  1 guy finally replied and let me know what was doing and pulled out of the deal so I simply re-sold, no feedback left. Others completely ignored me and I just let it all go cause they weren't valuable auctions.

I've signed up with reliabid, US based collection agency for Ebay defaulters, leaves a mark on ur credit file, and u get $10 + 20% back as a default fee. Scares the c#ap out of them so they end up coughing up :)

i always make a note of the purchase date, then wait the 3 month limit for leaving feedback and the night before it expires i go and leave negative feedback.

by the time they realise, the 3 months has passed and they cant retaliate. i have done it 6 times and never been caught out.

I wouldn't, the 3 months takes it out of their ebay, if they know the item number sometimes you can still access it and leave feedback, I've done it before...
