Help on value

Hi All,
Have a friend who has cards pictured below can anyone give some feedback on value etc, the lady is not sure if they are worth keeping or moving them to someone who needs them as she is doing a clean out of the house.

Not a whole lot of value, official 95 folder would be the most valuable part.

You can get all three base sets in the above folder for about $120.

The inserts (Winners Circle, Men of Steel and Front Line Enforcers) are $2-$5ea at most.

Unfortunately these are mass produced sets, value will not increase.
