I am having trouble with the buttons that allows me to edit my message. It seems like all of them have been disabled??

Can someone check the bottom of the page when you reply to thread?? it has a box that says Posting Rules, here's what I got:

clean up your cache in your browser..

and in cmd

ipconfig /dnsflush

close all browser

come back in, should be fine.
