Hi all,

Im trying to get some concrete info on what signature cards existed for the following Dynamic series.

1994 Series 1 - Gold Cards - am i correct that there are 5 cards in this series. How many where made though??

1994 Series 2 - Top Ten - its my understanding not all of these became signature cards.

1994 Masters - im not sure which ones they produced sigs for and how many they produced.

1996 Series 1 - National Heroes - Are there 6 in this series??

1996 Signature Gold - its my understanding that for the 9 Master Cel cards they produced the following

1. Oversized Cel card with Player

2. Oversized Cel Card with player and water mark (waves)

3. Oversized Cel Card with player limited to 400 with Dynamic COA

4. Oversized Cel Card with player and water mark (waves) limited to 400 with Dynamic COA

5. Oversized Cel Card with player and water mark & signature limited to 200 displayed in a limited edition case.

Was there anything else for this series though?

Thanks in advance, Owen:thumbsup:

1994 S1 - all 5 had sig cards
1994 S2 - 2 only. Meninga and Lamb
1994 Masters - 1 only. Renouf
1996 S1 - YES 6 National heroes
1996 S1 or 2 had the signed MVP card with COA letter
1996 Sig gold also had regular sized cels, regular with water mark, regular with signature

Owen,

1994 Series 1 - only the 5 Gold Cards, found in packets and numbered to 1000.

1994 Series 2 - Terry Lamb and Mal Meninga Supporters Choice auto available by Redemption and limited to 1500 and the card is supplied with a COA.

1994 Masters - Have only ever heard of the Steve Renouf auto card, 3 card set limited to 500.

1994 Kangaroo Heroes - I know of 5 signature cards that are the 5 Rookie Sensations, as for how many and whether they were by redemption I am not sure.

1996 Series 1 - National Heroes, signature cards for each of the 6 Nat Heroes and each was a 3 card set numbered to 1000.

You obviously have the info for the 1995 cards and '96 series 2.

1994 kangaroo heroes..... is there not also a mal meninga one? had to win the competition or something to get it?

I think there was one of Mal too.

You are right about the competition too. There was a form in the sealed sets that you had to fill out and send in to enter. Unfortunately mine wasn't a winner :(

also does any1 have the 1994 series 1 gold cards with the coa?? ive heard they are pretty rare

yeah 1994 series 2 is one with coa. and sometimes it comes with redemption card back and sometimes not. by what i keep seeing it depends if the person asked for it back or weather dynamic felt like sending it back or not

Thanks everyone. Surprised there is only 2 of the top 10 supporters choice. I can think of at least 6 I have seen. Always thought alot were fake. Would love to see the 94 kangaroo signature cards if anyone has one. Have never seen them before.

Can anyone tell me which regular card in the 1996 cel set where signatures. I thought it was only the master cell cards that has signatures.

Funny, back in 1998 or 99 I had a chance to buy about 5 of the 96 cel cards in the frame for $60. Told him no because I thought they looked crap - well done hindsight.

I don't think there were any. You got the signed cards in the pack, not via redemption.

apparently if you got a 1994 series 1 gold card in a pack and mailed it back to dynamic you recieved an a4 COA and kind of like a pre-proof card...
i have the ricky stuart of these cards and the coa.
but yes the series 2 did come with the coa also

Here's the Kangaroo Set, comes with an A4 certificate for the Rookies and a seperate one for Mal.

Mate - that's an awesome set. Given there are still a lot of the kangaroos sets running around unopened i wonder if all the signature sets were ever "won". Can someone give me an estimate on what these go for.

So Dave all the common cards they made with Signatures come with the waves on them right. I get a feeling they made a fair few of the commons into signatures - does anyone know exactly which ones??

Here, we go, from another thread - the cel and mastercel checklist:

For the master cels, with the Andrew Johns edition, I have the following ... and I think it's everything:

1. Standard Master Cel
2. Master Cel with wave pattern
3. Master Cel with wave pattern, signed, un-numbered
4. Standard Master Cel, numbered to 400
5. Master Cel with wave pattern, numbered to 100
6. Master Cel with wave pattern, signed, numbered to 200

Then with the standard sized element cards:

1. Regular
2. Wave pattern
3. Wave pattern signed, un-numbered
4. Wave pattern signed, numbered to 200 with card sized certificate of authenticity

http://www.ozcardtrader.com.au/forum/football-cards-general-discussion/81546-1996-master-cel-how-many-different-sizes-there.html

Mastercels are just for the wave cels, but the signed regular sized cels are for all cards in the series. It's almost impossible to find the numbered out of 200 signed regular sized cels, completing the set would take the rest of your life (but, no doubt, be a worthwhile contribution to mankind). I have seen an entire set for sale on ebay back in the day, though.

Wow thats crazy!
When I get home I could upload that pic of the series 1 gold card with coa if youd like?

I'd like to see it.

I don't think the Kangaroo sig set is all that crazy, considering you do get six signatures for that price. And they're out of 500. If you bought say, the 6 National Hero sigs it could cost you more, and they are numbered out of 1000.

For the rarity it is a good price but personally i dont really like the set. "Ridiculous" is not meant to offend anyone with the set
