Help needed - 1994 Superman set from Skybox

I need some help with this set pls. In this series there are two different products one is a forged in steel set that has raised rivets on the cards and the other set is just plain card stock. They also come in two different boxes, one red the other silver.

Question is which box contains the forged in steel set with the raised rivets on the cards. That is the set I am looking for so I will just buy a box.

Hi Dave
Just checked the item description for the red box on ebay and it says that the cards in the red box are "same the premium set but without the embossed river border". Hope this helps

Dave, you are actually mixing up a few things here. Not surprising, as this set is difficult to work out. The Forged in Steel cards are an insert set of 4 cards.

In the Collectors edition (red box) the base set are standard card and there is a 6 card Spectra Etch insert set. The premium edition (silver box) has base cards with the rivet effect and the Forged in Steel is the insert set. But all cards have the effect, not just the insert set. In addition, the Walmart premium edition boxes had the Forged in Steel inserts as gold coloured Forged in Gold instead.

There's also assorted promos, including an incredibly rare SW1 that was Walmart only.
