STESSCO SKIPPER DELUXE ... 4.45 metres with plenty of fancy features for skiing, wakeboarding, fishing etc....
Did a fair bit of research over the last month and this by far was the best package to suit out lifestyle and needs.
But just cant seem to think of a catchy name:(
So feel free to throw a few suggestions out there ladies and gents...
cheers
steve

 I can just see you having the patience to fish Steve
Nice boat though dude !

Anyways how about "Diveta" pronounced Div eta

Di - For Diane
ve - From Steve
ta - From Tanami

Ta lads....keep em coming....
i can say it wont be anything to do with basketball tho...
Itll have to get the wifes approval as well...booooo

What did you think of my suggestion ?

PS - You do know it's a tradition to name the boat a "girls" name don't you ?

Ye your heading in the right direction mate...or more so 1 of the directions i may take.
I think we are more liable to go for something catchy....you know witty if you get my drift.

Fair enough !

Let us know what you end up with anyways !

You going to take me out in it next time I am in Perth then ? (Could be over your way in May).

There is a book called "101 ways to get rich and stay that way"....the 1st rule in the book is "sell the boat!!"

And Richo if the "tradition" is to name boats after girls...how come the navy use Australian capital cities and also other places like Kanimbla and Ballarat?
I do realise that ship/boats are referred to as a feminine objects and a lot of other maritime terminology also uses female references....eg. "thar she blows" and "land ho".

uss sinkable... dont think ill tempt fate tho bargey,,
Hopintofloat..mmm..not bad there young brad..hehe (i made a rime)

"Bigamy" (the other wife) or something along those lines Stevo might be funny.
"Made for floatin'"
"The wholly one"
"The Sherminator"
"Convertable Submarine"

Like any of those mate? My name ideas are cheap too ;)

The HMAS Stevetantic...

How about...HMAS unsinkable? The Sloop John B

Or how about the HMAS Collins Class....they spent a lot of time floating on the surface before they were properly used as subs!

The Ozcard floater? The Taxman? (it will take all your cash too)

Cheers
Matt
