Hello.

I have recently joined this site and enjoy seeing all the great NBA cards people collect. I have a small collection of some old sets and cards, and mainly collect cards of NBA players that have few fans.

Some of the cards that I am searching for are the common cards of various players from the past couple of decades, some parallel versions of those cards and some occasional inserts. A Rick Fox Rookie Sensations card, Raef LaFrentz Topps 04-05 Black and First Edition and Gold cards, and an Antoine Walker shoe card are some wants.

I also have some questions. Are there shops, market stalls, collector events around Melbourne to buy NBA cards? I am aware of events at Sandown racetrack and Box Hill town hall. On the internet, is there a great store, or similar, where lots of cheap common cards are available?

Hey mate, welcome to the site, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays try the Caribbean Gardens, don't expect much but I have had some luck there before, where abouts in Melbourne do you live? Near Chadstone Shopping Centre, the guy who owns the newsagent next to target collects NBA cards and he sometimes sells his commons :) But then again, don't expect much, I'd just buy online if I were you. Have Fun on the Site and Happy Easter!
