Ive got 3 gamecube games coming in..

Resident Evil 2 and 3, and Code Veronica.

Sent registered from dvdcrave.com.au

My oldies were home all day, yet the delivery guy just leaves a note saying go to the PO to pick it up. They ring and the PO say "come up saturday morning"

So I get up...Im hung over, I wait in line for 20 mins, and my ****en games arent there!

The delivery guy didnt take em back to the Post Office! WTF!!

So now Im guessing my parcel is sitting in this guys van, over the longweekend...and Ive got to incovienence someone to go get it for me on Tuesday!

GRRRR!

aw dam man, don't let it worry ya..i know how you feel i had trouble with an ebay user.....i paid for this mobile phone i bought off ebay via paypal, then he didnt post it untill like 10 days after he got the money...but yeah i hate australia post.....its terrible........hopfully the afl or nrl grand final can fill the void for ya! ...wankers hey.......australia post are like centrelink...they stuff you over

Nor will it make any difference, but for them to take it home with them (well, not take it BACK to the PO where they're meant to) is f-cking wrong.

What happens if their car is stollen over the weekend, and the item never makes it to the PO? Who's gonna pay for/cover it???

Hey TREY trust me this is always happens to me.. instead of knocking my door they just left the bloody noticed on my mail box and ask me to pick up to some other POST OFFICE which is not in my Suburb... so i have to drive to other PO to pick up my shit. Especially the Internation Registered Mail, sometimes they didnt even give me the letter until the final notice come and i'm **ckin piss off............

Well What can we do they just a D**Head with a tiny Brain..........

Unfortunate for you.

That's what you get when you start hiring more and more contractors. They seemed to have hired a lot of contractors these days to deliver their 'larger items', and they tend to do funny things. Once I had the contractor delivering the stuff on saturday?????? and again like you he did not deliver the stuff, he just left the message in the post box to go pick it up.

At least with my local one,he is reliable. He comes and leaves the note (I live in a large apartment complex) saying to pick the item up at 4:30. And yes......like clock work he always arrives at the post office at 4:30 to deliver the stuff there. I get there a bit early and i'd have to wait, but I can see his van driving up and he knows my face so he knows what I am there for

thats the thing...my little card said 4:30 friday...it now wont be until midday tuesday I reakon...a lot can go wrong as scotty said...

well...had to send my old lady up there to get it out for me...and guess what...

they couldnt find it!

And being a stubborn old dear that my mum is, she said "keep looking" and lo and behold...its been there since last ****ing THURSDAY!

WTF!

So its been in the Post Office since LAST THURSDAY, but I get the "pick me coz you werent home" card on Friday. Go on Saturday - not there...

Damn aussie post...as useless as cityrail!

i had to send some cards to a fellow ozcarder (hi magic!) and i needed a size 1 bag, i think it is. Sunbury post office being the brain factory it is didnt have any... despite me telling them a wk they didnt have any left. Their excuse? not many people use them we dont get them in that much. What? that really pissed me off, especially after having waited in line for 30 minutes to be told me are incompent idiots, we can do our jobs... sometimes i think about going postal in there (pun indeed)
