Thought this was a nice upgrade for the set - a PSA 10 Finest Rack Pack with Peel.
Set now stands at 69/86 - 31 PSA 10's and 38 PSA 9's. Got some Jam Session tallboys to get graded here to go towards the set, but might worry about that after XMAS
Very nice indeed, i recently purchased a Ewing Finest card with coating but upon closer inspection some rocket scientest decided they would try & peel it. Lucky it was only a low end card.
I have always had a thought of sending all my limited Ewing cards to PSA but i'm worried about the price. The big thick high end cards would be my biggest concern.
Very nice G, congrats on getting your Rookie set listed too. Would you think they would expand it to the whole rookie year though? Especially if you come very close to reaching your mark?
I think they included it because you're such a good customer
Nah mate the one you sent me - not in that great a condition. And im already quite a few steps in front of you, busted 2 boxes about a month or so ago. I've posted some of the highlights below - I got lucky and got quite a few Hills ! (and if I can't get a PSA10 or two out of this lot there is something seriously wrong ) The Rookie Standouts is actually a card from a redemption set - I bought the redemption set off a guy on Ebay a while back. Hoping it grades ok otherwise i'm going to have trouble finding another!

THe Finest cards are nice peeled as well - if the peel has started to come off then just remove it - no big deal.
Regarding PSA - how do you mean reliable ? Do you mean will your cards get damaged ? If that then no - I've sent hundreds of cards and have not had a problem with any of them getting damaged.

I am seriously in the lower end of the range in regards to customers - i've seen guys who send 400-500 cards at a time to be graded. And i've come to learn that Basketball is such a small part of PSA - they do a hell of a lot more Baseball than you could ever really imagine. Their magazine each month is full of Baseball stories. I wrong to the PSA CEO to ask him about putting more Basketball stories in and he replied and said they were working on it. Yet to see it though.
I only asked for the Rookie Set to be added which are all of his true RC cards - the next step I think is the Master Set which would be ALL of his cards - I don't think they have a set for only particular years. Master sets were easier for vintage players where there were 2 or 3 releases a year at most and not many cards to collect to complete a master set of all that players releases - but when you talk about modern players where there are so many releases and inserts of each player every year, it would be impossible to do it. Will send an email to PSA and see what they say about it.
