Good Framing Places for Jerseys??

Hi guys, i currently have 2 fully signed panthers jerseys to be framed, plus my Kingston game worn jersey. All places in my local area give me ridiculous quotes ($500) unsure if that is standard for framers though? I know a framer on the Gold Coast quoted me $180 per jersey, but i would rather a Brisbane based business so i could take them in myself, and pick them up. Going down there in August so it should work out well if i find a good place. Just looking for a standard job of good quality. Let me know

I can't help you with where to go but I can tell you that $500 is very expensive. The place where I go here in Canberra does them for around $200 each.

I expect to pay about $200 each one i think that is fair, my local framer quoted $500 which i found ridiculous - i wouldn't pay that. I found a place at the Gold Coast but i really wanted to take the jerseys into the place, then freight back or pick up. Just wanted to be there to pick out frame design etc.

ive been quoted $130 for single matting and $185 for double matting, got no idea what the difference is, by the official framing company of the NRL, there down in millperra (NSW) though.

Bevin, I am going up to see my framer tomorrow morning with my Jane Badler auto'd photo, will ask Nick for an estimate on framing, but remember that it will depend on frame quality, 3D effect etc.............will let you know OK. This guy I use does fantastic work.

Can email you an example of a large job he did for us if you want.

Thanks mate my jerseys are all size medium and im just looking to frame them basic with a plaque (which i will supply as im getting them done) Ill PM you my email
