paypal is running a promotion on Ebay soon where if you buy and item on ebay they will refund half your purchase price (up to $50 max) good time to get some of those cards you can't quite afford (only applies to a limited number)
 
Yeah i got that email aswell, there alot of terms and conditions to read through but at a quick glance it only looks as though its for the first 5,000 to do it on the 22nd of September

how the hell do you even do that!! So u would have about a 2 minute window i recon!!! Big risk if you got something u wanted but only had half the cash!!
 
What's the catch ahahaha. ohh i see mobiles in the picture, always difficult when one term and condition is paying by phone.
 
I've payed by using my mobile before when I've won items and I've been sitting in a lecture at uni...pretty easy to do
