I wouldn’t be lying if I told you that my hands are shaking just a little as they tap the letters on this keyboard. Frankly, I’m still a little nervous about the opportunity I had during packout for 2012-13 Flawless Basketball — quite possibly the most anticipated release in trading card history — to inspect the contents of three briefcases of the Panini America product with a big price tag and even better expectations.

By now, the product needs no more introduction or hype. The previews have been delivered. The video trailer has been delivered. All that’s left now is for the product to be delivered — and to deliver. That process begins Friday.

With that in mind, the time has come for us to cease with the previews and show you what’s inside. The following three briefcases were selected at random during the packout process for the express purpose of showing collectors what to expect. They were opened with white gloves, photographed and returned to their briefcase to be sealed and placed into production.

What you won’t see in the gallery that follows are the all 1/1 Flawless Briefcase or the all 5/5 Flawless Briefcase. Yes, one of each exists.

Without further ado, we present our three-briefcase break of 2012-13 Flawless Basketball. Enjoy . . .

Wonder what they mean when they say:

"What you won’t see in the gallery that follows are the all 1/1 Flawless Briefcase or the all 5/5 Flawless Briefcase. Yes, one of each exists."

Is there on briefcase with all 1/1's, and another with all 5/5's?

Yep, that's what they mean.

Imagine getting an all 1/1 case. You'd have a heart attack.

Hope someone gets it on video!

Don't really mean to put a downer on everything, but some of those patches are sh*thouse for a 'Flawless' product

joe johnson, calvin murhpy, Lillare, davis, parish...IMO all pathetic for a $1500 a box product.

Some of those designs are pretty average too..

I guess it comes down to what floats ya boat...some will rave about it
While others like myself will avoid this over rated and overpriced product like a plague of dunny vultures at a mortein lovers convention !!
