Well i guess it's better to just write it off as users that dont know what they are doing..rather then really care about it. Just find it funny

surely no-one is stoopid enough to bid higher than the BIN?!
if you put on a bid of $50, can someone still BIN for $40?

Another thing...why does ebay allow this obvious error? Cant they make it so you are unable to list BIN and Start Price unless they have 5-10% price difference between each other?
