full set of players cards 1-40 scanlens 1968 series 2 price

hi everyone been a while since i have been on here and was thinking of selling my scanlens 1968 series 2 players set 1-40. cards are not mint some have cornering creases and pieces missing on the back from were they may have been stuck to a folder or something.just wondering if anyone might have an idea what they might be worth.

hi again was thinking of selling as a set but after brplats comment i would maybe break down the set if there is enough interest in the rest of them. only thinking of selling at the moment due to medical issue and i am unable to work at the moment so things are getting tight.

Hope things aren't too bad and your on the mend, did you didn't stack the bike?

Pricing on this set could vary pretty wildly, obviously some individual cards would be worth more than others based on condition and the player so hard to put a price on the set.

But as I love a guessing game, for a rough guide I think you could probably average about $15 a card so I would say perhaps $600.

Actually I'm interested in the Raper and Langlands if you split them, so feel free to send me a PM if you go down this path.

Brian. just had a quick look at them, from what I can make out if you have given front side then the immediate reverse picture, there does not seam to be any cards that have no damage of some kind, if these cards were to be listed in the current market collectors would not pay in excess of $5 per card if they were to bid at all.
there are plenty on ebay and are fetching between 10-25 in a lot better condition.
In my opinion I would have thrown them out years ago, If someone offered you around a tenner per card, take it
