Well, when i sent big package last week, i bought the bubble wrap, that cost like 80 cents for one box and $1 for two boxes, (FYI i am not selling boxes, i was donating cards wrapped in the boxes)....
that's another reason i haven't bought boxes for a few months, i got one lost from express posts and many boxes have been damanged especially in the corner.. happening since this year...
postman never rings a bell, and rather he left a pickup note, happened 5 times even i was home... once left express post package on the mailbox, so some kids ripped the package and took my box..(got full money claimed from POST)..
coz we had tracking number and every evidence that's been ripped apart.
and the other day, a guy from ebay sent me express, all wet, thanks to the seller, he had good packaging.. but POST resealed in their own plastic case to send me.. so it was okay.. rather than losing... an exquisite card....
Ans two of my packages from US have been quarentined... I think the carrier plane has some problems with plants or food.. so, cards arrived to me like 1 month late.. POST opened and resealed.... I think Sniffing dogs are having problems from US mail carriers.. both packages are from US west coast.. any one had some experiences?
After a while, it was all experience and sometimes funny to think about.. but a bit of stress or probably joy of collecting hobby..
