Found out a couple weeks back that former NBA player Steve Smith was going to be back in Traverse City today. I was able to head out to the golf course that former NBA player Steve Smith was at today. Apparently, he was up here for an annual golf outing that a Michigan State group puts on here at this country club every year. Since I overslept to have a chance at him this morning, I ended up driving out there this afternoon and I timed it just right. When I finally got there I was able to spot where he was and he was just getting done with golfing today. After he finished his last hole on the golf course, he came right over to sign for me. Here are the results:

That is all I was able to get today. I would of asked for a pic with him but I already got one last year.

Next up for me: Possibly the Beach Bums vs. Rockford Riverhawks (6/10-6/12) Beach Bums vs. Windy City Thunderbolts (6/13-6/15) I don't know what days I will be going to what games. Depending on my work schedule, I hope that I make it to see each of those visiting teams one of the days those teams are here in town......
