Ok... what band/group/artists have you been overdosing on lately?? I'm sure we all do it... you know, listen to some1 untill we can't stand them anymore.

For me, its been strapping young lad, in particular the song below (p.s i think it might just be a devin townsend phase and i cant get enough of his hair.....)

I'm pretty up on Disturbed and Slipknot at the moment...perhaps buoyed by the getting of tickets for the pit for Disturbed September 6th and Slipknot/Machine Head October 27th

Slipknot's new CD is out 26th August, and here's the first single

i saw machine head with slayer back in 00 or 01.... cant remember. But it was when i was still at high school. I went in the next day so sore haha.

that first song was pretty average, i did like the homage to Evil Dead, that was pretty cool. the max cavalera song was pretty good.

Myself, i have been OBSESSED with machine heads latest album The Blackening. Here is probably my fave song off the album Halo, no film clip but the song speaks for itself. one of the most head banging riffs of all time, just begs to be cranked this one.

machine head were still better back in the 'dividian' days imho, but i still enjoy them

The new Slipknot is what I am thrashing on my itunes at the moment. Pretty different to their older stuff, but really impressed with how far they have come.

I've been in to Disturbed's latest for a while now, love it!! Too many favorites to mention!!

Side note, I can get these youtube vids to play, says they're no longer available?

I switched my Internet from IE to Firefox a few days ago, because of this problem, seems to have followed suit to Firefox... Any ideas?

and put the video url into their search bar. It sounds like a proxy issue.

i just heard the new metallica single from their album thats coming out soon, and i was pretty blown away! have a listen, its definitely not surpassing anything on master of puppets but damn, i didnt think the boys had it in em anymore, after S(hi)T Anger and Load (of crap)...

ah kirk hammett, i missed your solos, the last 3 minutes are just head banging bliss! metallica is back!!!
