You could be right, but not too sure if he'll get an RAP or not. Serge Ibaka is probably in the same boat as Rubio, drafted in 2008-09 and started playing in 2009-10. He got a NT RC and NT signature but no RAP. Then again he was much less profile than Rubio so Rubio MIGHT get one
Because he wasn't in the league. He's considered a rookie this year so how can his older cards be considered RCs when none of them feature him in a Wolves jersey?
