Firefox rocks !!!

Been having a lot of trouble lately with explorer taking ages to load and not loading pages properly...
After doing a few roll backs it helped a little but it got to the stage where i couldnt search ebay properly.
About 30 mins ago i spat the chewy and went looking for a new browser.
A bit of research led me to the latest version of Mozilla fire fox.
Just finished the install..pretty quick and man im impressed.
Its like ive now got a better web connection !!

I CAN RECOMMEND IT BIG TIME

Yeah I've been using Firefox for ages now, I always found Internet Explorer slow and had way too many problems and errors.

I hate change...i get set in my ways and tend not to like new programs.

So does it make your general computer run faster or just the web? My computers starting to run slowly now Takes like 10mins sometimes just to load up n its only like 2-3 yrs old

Sounds like your computer is just congested.

I'd recommend backing up all your important files and formatting. Basically just starting from scratch will be like having a brand new computer!

Yeah im not the biggest computer expert so i'd prob make it worse

Google Chrome FTW! Chrome is so unbelievably fast, I switched from Firefox 2 years ago lol Firefox is pretty good but I like Chrome better.

yep good stuff Steve, I use Firefox too, IE sux a$$. I tried google chrome too but didn't like it.

man it really dpeend son your computer. I knwo people who have issues with firefox running like ****. my ie runs quicker then their firefox.

the best firefox is version 2 as it is not bloated like 3.

chrome eventually will get bloated too. it is what happens when they upgrade browsers.

It depends.... FF can be a bit of a resource hog, so maybe not recommended for people with 512MB of RAM lol

Yeah I'm the same Steve. It took me years to switch from IE and once I did, I wished I had done it years ago.

I've noticed alot less spyware on my laptop since I stopped using IE.
