Yup, definitely not authentic Scotty. Stay away from him. Nice card and patch though but that's the main point, he inserted nice patch to catch the eyes of collectors.
It depends Trey.... the Iverson that I enquired, he admitted that he inserted the patch himself.
Looking by the Iverson cards listed on his auctions, there is no way that normal Fleer cards would have that many beautiful LETTER PATCHES for un-numbered replacement cards.
If so, then I have to say that the patches on those replacements are so much better than the ones released.
I would stay away from anything un-numbered! BUT if it is numbered I'd go for it.
Although it does make you wonder with all the numbered cards that are authentic, why weren't they inserted into Fleer packs? When it says on the pack 50 sets you would expect they are all in packs!
It is commonly agreed that Pugsly is ARA Collectables. ARA Collectables purchased and managed the Fleer Redemption cards. It is possible that some of these cards were purchased at the auction...but most are the "good cards" that people were supposed to get through the redemption process. Meanwhile ARA sent out what most agree were the lower end cards in the bulk lot that they purchased.
Yes, shoes is right. Try and stay away from the seller unless you really like his unique patches.
And please take this as an advise, pugsly does not accept PayPal from us international eBayers, ONLY MONEY ORDERS! Be cautious when you win an auction of his unless sending a money order to a seller who has a score of 97% isn't an issue to you.
