it's not necessarily a fake. This is a Danny Fortson version I purchased the other day, it is the platinum version mind you.

Don't see a reason it would be fake unless non-autoed versions of those cards got out (which is possible); just compare it to some of kobe's other autos from that time period and make an informed decision.

It is ebay though, place is full of fakes - and frankly, they don't give two sh*ts!

Honestly, there were a lot of scoreboard auto cards that weren't signed that made their way on to the market.

Id be very careful with them especially when you can get a nice UD/Panini Kobe auto for about the same price.

yeah his old school autos from scoreboard and a couple of other brands have been found to be fake quite a bit so i myself stay clear of them. Could be legit but u still find quite a few of his scoreboard autos from around the same year sell for under $80-100 simply cos people are sus on them.
