Failure to leave feedback

Mods,

in a recent trade with jpear30 the member did not comply with site rules for sending items. I provided appropriate feedback (NEG) and informed the member I would prefer not to trade with him in future. It appears that the other party is just not going to leave any feedback for me WRT this trade.

Any advice would be appreciated.
