hey gang,

I've been trawling the archives for info on changing a username and see that this has been stopped - which is understandable as it can cause confusion on previous postings and lots of work for admin etc...

But, having signed up to the forum through FB, my username is now my full name and I don't think I ever had the opportunity to select an alias (it just pulled my FB name) - is there any way for us FB users to either login outside of FB and keep our profiles intact or get a user-name change?

Yeh theres an option to request a username change, go to Settings then Edit Profile, it should be on that page

Thanks Kenny - dunno if it's cos I sign in through FB, but under the edit profile/ username, I get 'you dont have permission to change your username'

Try again now. Users under 10 posts don't have that function. You've just passed that so you should be good now.
