Exporting checklists from Beckett website

Hey Guys,

I was just wondering if there is any way to either print a checklist from beckett or save it as a word document or something like that?

The website can be frustratingly slow and it'd be nice to have a Donruss and a Bowen checklist handy.

Any help would GREAT

Copy/Paste to excel is your best friend Matty.

I actually done it less than 2 days ago.

Depending on the cards, they have some extra shit (symbols, links, etc) that you probably don't want, but majority is helpful.

I'll get a link to how mine look in a few mins.

You MIGHT be able to do use Open Office's free version (Calc) - google it.

Just not sure about splitting cells, SHOULD still be able to....

better site for sure, not sure how accurate though. Lists 1512 camby cards. My spreadsheet from Beckett 1623. Also the printable version doesn't list the full version of the card, so parallels are listed the same as the base.

Scotty, are you just doing a simple copy/paste?

Did you know that if you Copy/Paste Special/Paste as Text it removes all of the annoying symbols?

I did find that it puts an extra row in between each listing though

beckett use to be a bit cleaner to copy from.

what i dois paste it into a txt file to get ride of the symbols and then i open im excel the tx (because I use the space between words to create columns). then i delete the unwanted ones.

some times as it is less crap in terms of formatting but good for sets.

Yep, that does work, but instead of the symbols, you get them in a new line, so you still need to remove them manually.

Imagine the amount of "RC", "AU", "MEM" lines for Harris' checklist!!!

I guess the end result will be the same, and nothing's ever going to be a straight-forward process for what we need.

This is only a one line example but I have everything appear in the one line so need need for extra editiing but it ends up looking like this. I think the SER stands for Serial Numbered

Yeah, SER = Serial Numbered, AU = Auto, MEM = Memorabilia, RC = Rookie Card, etc.

Depending on how you like your spreadsheets, yeah you only need to remove those extra lines with the SER/AU/MEM/RC, etc

Can be done by holding Ctrl and clicking to the left of each row (selects entire row, and by holding Ctrl it selects multiples).

ther eis an easy way to get rid of all that

RC, AU etcc. when it goes to another line.

Turn on Auto filter for the rows of data

then Filter for each keyward equal to RC etc..

Then you can just delete the rows in excel by highlighting the whole rows and rightclick on the line numbers and click delete rows.

Then turn filter off and no more shit.

Fark, if only I knew that the other day! Took me about an hour or so to sort the Harris checklist out. Barkley was easier.
