everything but Rider is for sale, but please make a fair offer.... I am doing this because I have been injured this week and cannot work.... and as its only a casual job... I have no benefits, and I am thus.... going to be very broke, and need to make rent and several other payments.

I will consider all offers, I'm not going to accept just any old offer, like I said fair offers please.... I've put a lot of time and effort into this.... and I hate to have to do this... but thats life....
