i was shocked that this thread didnt have much more activity.

Saw the match, both teams had their chances to win it. The first keep for poland I have no idea what he was doing. Guessing needs more experience as he is only 22 years old.

The Dutch shocked by Denmark 1-0 last night, Robben and RVP in fine form, all to no avail though. Big game tonight Ireland v Croatia, tipping 3-1 to the Irish. Oh and the other game, Spain to beat Italy 2-1

you can stream it and it should work depending on your internet. before the match go on google and type in the game (i.e. England v Sweden) followed by live stream and you should get a number of sites. 'ronaldo7.net' is usually a good one

kind of wierd how they decide who goes through on tided pointa. I thought overall goal difference be used.

When teams ae equal on points, they look at the head to head points (greece beat russia so 3 pts to 0 pts).


I'll paste the official words haha:

Tie Breaking Procedure

• If two or more nations are level on points in the group the country with the highest number points in games involving those teams finishes highest.
• If nations are still level they are separated by goal difference, and then goals scored, in games involving the teams.
• If teams still cannot be split, then overall goal group difference is used.

Kind of stupid if you ask me but it is what it is.

Poland had many opportunities to win all three games, but they just can't score (kind of like ESSENDON ATM with their inaccuracy on goals). They looked deadly on attack at times, then go into a shell.
