Basically it is like a subscription of cards, worked based on supply and demand of certain players. However, when you subscribed to a player, it goes like to a portfolio of cards, eCards or eTopps online. You can choose to leave it online or you can pay a fee to get Topps to send it to you. This is going back about 5 years ago. Not sure if that is still the case now.
Yep, i still have like 90 or so from when it first started back in 2001 or so. All of them sitting in a box in connecticut with a mate. I have forgotten all about them. I might have to message him to send them to me.
