Thought I'd go ahead and make on of these. This weekend coming could be the deciding fate to see which way the bombers are heading.
After losing to collingwood on Anzac day (again) we need to regroup. Essendon are doing well to stay in the 8, and are yet to regain the services of Jason Johnson, Campo, and would like to see Hille come back soon, and would love to see some games from Houli, Gumbelton and Hislop.
Considering Collingwood and the Dockers have chances to make the 8 from where they are, I don't see why Essendon can't keep their spot. Already matching last years 3 wins (well ok we need another draw to match 2006) i think we could end up in the top 6 easily. With some added speed, and strength around the grounds, Sheeds needs to find a gameplan that works and stick to it.
For us to keep winning, he needs to forget about deadwood like Bradley and Bolton (Thank christ henneman is gone, cos no doubt he woulda played anzac day with the two others just mentioned).
Let's cap Jimmys last season off with a bang..
