Terry from ESP has provided us with an update on some changes to customer service offering in relation to NRL Trading Cards.
ESP has decided to relocate the customer service function for Trading Cards to our Sydney Office. Alex Fraser who most of you know will manage this part of our business along with myself. We aim to improve our level of customer service from today.
Effective immediately all customer service questions should be directed to consumerproducts@elitesports.com.au or collectors can call 02 9356 3099 and ask for Alex.
For the rest of the year the customer service department will be maned three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) so pls allow a couple of days for a response to questions.
The address to send registered mail, items such as redemption, damaged cards and replacement requests is:
