Just spoke to Simon Mannering myself about the captain cards I asked if he had signed them already and he said yeah he signed them this past week and I also asked how many and he said he signed 400, really nice guy and open about it I'm surprised there's so many of them
Still like to know ratio's on this set. If he signed 400 and the others also 400 is that 2400 cases not including the dual sig and redemptions wow it's a lot of cases. Sounds like 1 a box to me.
Also can you cut a single jersey into 400 patches?

I know that you can cut an NBA jersey into 1000+ small jersey pieces....so 400 you could probably do it.
Also has anyone actually confirmed if they are game worn? Cant see anything on the cards and all they are saying is 6 unique signature cards to collect?
There were over 400 cards produced when Select did their patch cards, weren't there? Should be able to get that from a jersey easily enough.
I'm happy to hear there will be a large amount of the patches produced - gives everyone a chance to get one! I'm definitely eyeing up all the Kiwi cards in this set.

well spotted matt. i wonder how many people will be interested in them if they arent in fact game worn. because i know the all star jerseys were auctioned off? so unless they won the auctions they cant be.

I know in some cases where they auction jerseys off the players wear a jersey in the first half for auction, then keep the jersey worn in the second half for themselves. A lot of the Swans auctions state this. I know each player in an NRL grand final gets 2 jerseys for the game. They may only wear one but if it's wet they will change them at half time. I understand it's up to the players personal preference. The Roosters auctioned off Un worn grand finals jerseys in 2002 and they stated this was the case.
I hope they are game worn, but in not stating it, I'm thinking they may be manufactured?
