ESP Limited Edition 2013 (Info Updated 04/10/13)

Terry mentioned to me at the Penrith show that the sets would feature 3 signed cards (1 signed card per box set). I believe these will be the captains Gallen, Smith and at the time the player of the series. This may have now changed since Smith won this as well. I also believe there will be incentives for dealers buying cases of this box set to also receive significant discounts on last years cases as well.

Ok, it's been a while since this topic was discussed and we're now into October. Is there any more info out there? Does anyone know anything? Where do we pre-order etc? The silence is defeaning!
 
How much money does ESP believe that collectors have? 3-4 releases a year, apart from the last release, the rest have been nothing special.
