I picked one of these up yesterday & hit a Power Play Manly glow team logo, Gold try card, Traders Petro retirements insert, Manly premiership insert & a Limited Rep Simon Mannering jsy/auto. Awesome pick ups only problem is the Mannering is damaged, can someone tell me how i go about getting it replaced please?

Hey mate,

Firstly good hits! I had a similar problem recently with a damaged LE sig from a mega pack. I firstly called ESP directly ( merchandise section) and was put onto a supervisor of that section who requested an email with pics of the damaged card attached. The email address is as follows; amcdonnell@elitesports.com.au

She seemed reasonable to deal with and committed to replacing my damaged card. Given the time of year I wouldn't expect a reply until mid January.
