Hi everyone,

Here is the statement about the error card and replacement procedure.

2013 Trading Cards

Replacement Procedure

Triple Threat
Tim Mannah
Card No: TT 27/48

In order to protect the collectability of the card and keep only 525 in the market place we have set up the following set of rules which will be strictly followed…

1. The collector needs to register with ESP that they have received an error card in their pack and wish it to have it replaced. This can be done via email to consumerproducts@elitesports.com.au . We need the full name, address and a photo or scanned image of the card.

2. The collector should note that ESP is committed to protecting the integrity of the collectible and of the trading card program and as such, whilst we are happy to replace the card, we can only do so once we have received the original card back from the collector. On receipt of this, we will log the card and provide the collector with a replacement. Their original card will then be destroyed. This is to ensure that only 525 of these cares are in the market.

3. The collector should send the error card back to ESP at the below address via Registered Post and email ESP through the tracking number once sent

ESP Merchandise
Level 4, 543 – 549 Bridge Rd
Richmond 3121

4. Once the above steps have been followed and the card has been received by ESP we will then send out the replacement card via Registered Mail.

5. ESP will sign a stat dec stating the error card has been destroyed.

6. If the collector does not wish to give up the error card we cannot issue a replacement card given that it will increase the number of cards available in the market.

End

Nath every barba card is the same, It is because it is in the first hole and rests against the ring in the binder.

I have found all the folder cards from newsagent are damaged i have been to 6 agency's so far have not found a good one.
so i bought 3 from a re-seller and they were fine.
So i would suggest if anybody after folders go through the ozct re-sellers.
