Well, ive been a little flat on Soccer of late since world cup fever has gone away, but was keen to see how my rovers went first up over night, as the league got underway.

We got smashed 3-0 against Portsmouth. I hope we can get that top 6 berth again as it was a super effort last season.

you go for the ROVERS? You must be jokin...... pick the better team coz i reckon it will be the hardest season for them if they dont buy/get some new players... but pls dont pick CHELSEA
 
great start for my team so far a deserved 2-0 win against the spurs. Hope this form continues and Campo scores delightful goals like the one he hit last night! =D> early contender for goal of the year perhaps? :p

Maybe Magicman has his personal reason to go and support the Rovers? It is kind of cheating and just pick for the "better team".

I've been a supporter of Arsenal FC since '96 so my loyalty is still with them, through the ups and downs. Thank god for Gilberto for that stunning equaliser. =D>

I picked the rovers back in 97', i watched a game on TV with a mate it was Chelsea vs Blackburn, he went for the Blues and i went for the Rovers and since then the rest is history. I love em and i dont care if they dont got money.

Im proud to support them :) .

I like the underdog tag, cos when ya knock off sides like Manchester United and Chelsea each season, it feels good :)
 
4 in 19 mins but one was an own goal.

But thats ok, Rio scored an own goal just before half time. So really, Man U scored 6 :)

I've supported Man U always.... and even tho we ain't winning much silverware at the moment I still support them.... Glory glory man uniteeeeeeeed!

I've been a Man City fan since the '81 cup final when my mad father got me up in the middle of the night at the age of 7 to watch a game of soccer from the other side of the world.
Have seen them play twice in the flesh back in 91-92 - they scored 7 goals in those 2 games - brilliant - so anyway AJ - looking forward to abusing u when the derbies come around.....:smt014
 
After a impressive away result in the UEFA cup last week, the Rovers finally got a win in the Premier league!!!! yay :)

what a ripper of a game Blackburn 2 Wigan 1.

Benny McCarthy's hot form continues :) . After giving a goal in the opening 6 mins, the Rovers were brilliant with a come from behind victory!!!
 
Carn the Owls. But we are in the Championship and Struggling big time. But since they have been out of the premiership (11 years or so) I have been following the Toon Army. GO NEWCASTLE UNITED.
 
I must say that the current N.U team is pretty average. But Dyer is yet to return and little Mikky Owen will be back at some stage. Unlike some people on here i go for a team that doesnt BUY premierships. hahaha. But in saying that i wish we could buy one.
 
Nothing Wrong with BB Rovers mate. Some good Aussies have gone through that place. But they were very lucky last year and during the transfer window they didnt do much to make me think they will be there abouts this year.
