But when I saw this baby up for grabs, i realised I did not have an item that covered his All Star Game Success in his career.


But the patch.......

Hey Mike. That is an awesome patch. I love those All-Star patches. Thye are just sick, with those stars on them. Should have had a pic of him in the All-Star jersey to really show it off, but still a great pic of him anyway, esp with the hand to the chest pose - calling for a move.

I know, I just love the patches with the actual stars (to remind me of the all-star feel) of the card. I still remember paying big $$$ for a Shaq version.
I agree, i'd love to have seen him pictured as an all-star uni on the front as well, but I guess, do we ever get the perfect card made of what we want? Maybe one day

It has taken a long time to build up what I have. I always chase what i like the look of, and I guess it's my collecting habits that make it this way. If you didn't know already, I only pick up "1" card of players outside of my PC that I like. So, that 1 card has to be pretty much the best I can get. And that, to me, is an "auto-game used" card of that player. So, that is why you see what you do. Whether it's Jerry West, Steve Nash you name it.
