Well not alot has come in this past week actually, which is a little odd since I am expecting a few things, and even more odd since I got only 1 of the 10 odd Finest Draft Pick redemptions arrive on Tuesday and no more...But here we go! Wanting to get back to doing more maildays, particularly when there is a Burke involved haha
Lets kick it off with 1 for the new 43 card chase, Pat Burke. I have the premo card already as we know, so others are all low end/rookies other than a TagMen he has in SPGU also...(A logoman and a tagmen and Korver gets none!!!!! )
02/03 Topps Chrome Refractor Rookie. (I got this in a lot with 10 others including Stockton for $5 inclusive of postage from the US Anyone need any, let me know.)
Next I'll go with Ronnie Brewer.
Trilogy Blue Parallel Rookies #/33 (Thanks to Pete, Foolish, for these Freebies!)
Exquisite Triple Patch #10/10:
Ultimate Rookie Autos #/350:
SPGU Dual Patch with CJ MIles #/25:
Next we'll go to Jason Smith.
Stadium Club Refractor Rookie #/999:
Finest Draft Redemption Black Refractor #/99:
Sweet Shot Rookie Jersey #/99:
SPX Freshman Orientation Jersey:
SPX Rookie Tandems with Spencer Hawes:
And Thaddeus Young:
SPX Rookie Auto Jersey #/825:
Hot Prospects Red Rookie Auto Patch #/25:
And since I don't believe I saw a Korver this week, I'll end on Herbert Hill
SPX Rookie Auto Jersey #/825:
Stadium Club Rookie Refractor #/999:
Hot Prospects Rookie Auto Patch #/599 (Patch from between the S and the Star on the front of the Jersey where the little blue tail crosses the Star!)
burke's refractor with battier is verynice looking, they are both about same size, they are both #31.. the photography is excellent..
hot prospects patches are sweet.. now, I am seeing more minutes for Jason Smith.. I think him an Spencer Hawes are doing pretty good as this year centers..
Don't mind you asking at all! In fact, when I saw you'd replied/posted, I thought maybe my pictures were too large or I'd done something haha
Well the Brewer's Pete basically did them in a deal (the 2 Ultimates) and chucked the trilogies in as freebies so I didn't even know. Triple Brewer Exquisite Patch, I like the design, good numbering (10/10) and cheap = well now I have 3. And the Hill's, not sure exactly why other than I like the design and such, but with especially low numbered I seem to be picking up multis. No other reason I guess than because I have decided I'll collect the guy and if I like the design of a card I'm happy to get multis if they're cheap, which Hill is. Jason Smith I don't care and the only multis I have are 1s that went for my lowball bid that I put on only cause I was definately winning something from the same seller at the same time.
I only posted them this week cause I'd fit them in 1 mailday/post Graham! I've been too lazy to do maildays for the last few months cause there's too much to put in Battier is the Poster boy of Ozcards?
Linn - Thanks I like the design/photography in the Burke too. And yes, Smith is solid when he gets minutes, which probably isn;t enough right now. However if they continue the way they're going post Korver, Reggie Evans is sure to pass on minutes, but Herbert Hill is also likely to debut so much of a muchness!
Loafic - Thanks mate! I'm actually quite excited about collecting him which is odd. A simple...ok wrong word...a no fuss/laid back search for cheap base cards basically. Got some more on the way already
Agreed! Love patches so different 1s are great to get Plus, I hate to brag and Kyle is main man, but I'm pretty sure I'm the #1 Herbert Hill collector on the planet...and probably the only so someone's gotta own the low numbered 1s!
Thanks for all comments guys. This mailweek coming is already a biggy! Lots of cards. Not sure how many I'll post.
