Elite serial number issue

Hey there,
Has anyone else got a sensation or future star that has had the number stamped on so hard that you can see it from the front?
Do you think esp would replace this if I sent it back?

I have had trouble with my titans Fast and the Furious Silvers, all marked in the exact same spot (im assuming how they cut the cards). who do I contact.

ESP's customer service in this area is very poor, one collector I know has been waiting 7 weeks for a replacement LS to be stamped.

I have a esp card that has a gold embossed border. It looks like the back of the card has a border as a crease all around the back. In fact it is where it has been the embossed with the gold border of the esp cards. I guess they are that harsh, with the pressure on the cards when this is getting done. Just a cheap embossing factory has been contracted to do this work. Did not not pay enough money for the quality of the making of these cards

Yes it is the only gold embossed esp card that I have

Hi Wade,

Terry from ESP contacted me about this to let you know that:

“Occasionally this may happen in the production process due to the delicate nature of foiling the cards. To have the card assessed please contact ESP – if deemed faulty we will replace the card for you”

Card was replaced, they actually contacted me after seeing this post.
They are watching and listening

Good to hear. I got a damaged Smith Captain sig (2012 LE) from an NRL mega pack. The same also contained only one packet of LE instead of 2 and the folder was badly damaged with multiple slashes in the back. I called ESP, got an email address and within 3 days had a response advising they would replace the card, folder and missing pack of LE. I don't expect receive these until the new year given it is Christmas but so far I am very happy with how ESP have handled it.

It took about 3 months to get it back but I assume it takes time and I was in no hurry.
