Obviously not from here, this muppet won my auction 110560767866, he then messages me and asks if he can reneg because he has bought another one cheaper and he was the under bidder at the time on mine, and the top bidder retracted his bid, put the wrong amount ($755) for a $10 item thus putting him as the top bidder, which he didn't notice, i told the guy unfortunately he will have to go through with the transaction and he could on sell it himself on ebay, point was for me i already had 2 retractions and thought oh well tharts unlucky, as i have purchased items that i already had by mistake and went through with the transaction, anyway he then leaves me nuetral feedback with the comment "item as described", now i take pride in my 100% positive feedback, and it irked me, even though my feedback was still 100%, with his nuetral, so i send him a message as to why, but no reply, so i raise it with Ebay and finally a win for a seller...
Dear Michael (st.george4life),
Thank you for contacting us. I have reviewed the situation, and your
history with this transaction. It looks like your concern is that buyer:
david.s09, sent you a message shortly after winning the item, explaining
that they didn't want to complete the transaction. The buyer then left
you neutral Feedback. Although I haven’t been in your situation, I can
see why it would be upsetting.
After reviewing your request, we found that the feedback comment met the
requirements for removal under our Feedback abuse policy and have
removed it.
I realize it's frustrating that you can't leave a neutral or negative
comment for the buyer. However, you are still able to leave a reply to
the buyer's neutral feedback, explaining your side of the story. Keep
your reply professional, and other buyers will see that you made an
honest effort to provide a good buying experience for the buyer.
Thank you again for writing in to us. In looking at how you have been
with us since '2003, and you have an awesome Feedback rating of 100%, I
wanted to be sure to let you know that we value you as a member of eBay!
I wish you the best of luck with your future transactions.
Maybe he is here, don't care, will never deal with him because it proves he has a "vindictive" character... he should have just sucked it up and rolled with it...

My partner is having some trouble on ebay with threats of abusive feedback for slow mail (not her control) glad to know that it is not acceptable behaviour
