Has anyone had dealings with an Ebay user that goes by bloo-shar

They purchase a couple of Traders cards off me a while back and claimed they never received them. They were sent regular mail but because I couldn't prove to Paypal that I sent them, they got their money back and I lost out. The package has never been returned to me despite my details being clearly printed on the back.

Just recently had a look at their previous listings and would you believe that they listed the 2 cards in a bulk lot about 2 weeks after I sent them.

Co-incidence???

Been in touch with Paypal who won't do a thing. They won't even check to see if there has been a pattern of behaviour. Been in touch with Ebay who assure me that they will fully investigate and take appropriate action, but they cannot provide me any feedback due to confidentiality. I think they just worded their response better than the one I got from Paypal bust essentially it means exactly the same thing. No action will be taken.

I sent an email to the buyer last week, completely non-aggressive, giving them an opportunity to explain. They have not responded after a week. That only just confirms my suspicions.

Think I'll just bide my time. You know the saying, "Do unto others........"
