hey guy's ive ran into a situation on ebay.com & any advice would be great.

I purchased 6 autos, from the one seller today situated in beijing china.
The 6 autos came to $16.41. The advert clearly states,combo shipping first $4.99 add each item add $1

He wont combine the shipping & all my emails are getting replied in chinese, even though the advert
was in english

Any suggestions???

You seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place mate.

IMO, don't pay until you get a reply in English. If they continue to ignore your requests for combined shipping and you end paying it, leave them bad feedback.

They're probably just trying to annoy you enough by replying in Chinese so you just end up paying the shipping costs. I say send them back an email and state you will NOT be paying for the items until you receive a corrected invoice. Simple as that.

Sorry to hear the bad news but The only problem with not paying is the getting a strike. 3 strikes and you are out

i just looked through the messages to translate, my mistake, the only chinese was the review and respond button & all other icons, he's message says only ??????? ???? ????????

maybe i should try contact someone at ebay.com, any ideas?

You can easily communicate with ebay and tell them he wasn't communicating with you/sending you a correct invoice so you couldn't pay.

Don't pay until they do what they say in the Auction... If they leave you a strike, contact ebay tell them exactly why, keeping emails and ebay messages as proof, then they will simply remove the strike. Or... Pay for the whole lot, then Neg every single item you bought off of them with the exact reason, that they are liars, false advertising and are just basically scam artists!
