Ebay Shipping Help

Hey guys, I had a card shipped from US from Ebay.com that supposed to have be in my hands at the moment but I have nothing. How can they say it was delivered when the person hasn't got the item? I will show the list of tracking till the alleged delivered day. I have contacted ebay and they told me to go through paypal for item not received etc etc how can this be the sellers fault? Any help or suggestion would be great thanks

Find out who the delivery company was in AUS, and chase them down.

Being delivered to an address where others might be able to sign for you (work, home, etc)?? Check around, make sure it's not there, just not notified, etc.
 
I had that a couple of times when I was living in Forrestfield mate. Might pay to check at the post office in case it is there.
 
thanks guys. Dave I will ask the PO today. Scotty all my mail is at home and my wife was at home both the 6/11 and 7/11 and nothing so god knows where they delivered it to :(
 
Good luck with it mate. Several times while I was in Forrestfield the postie/courier failed to leave a card but marked it as delivered.

I also once had once marked as delivered and it showed up 3 days later.
 
no luck with the PO :( this is the tracking number if anyone knows what Delivery company in Australia uses this tracking number so i can contact them would be greatly appreciated :)

Damn that sucks. I'd be chasing the delivery company and asking to show the signatory, it's gotta be somewhere, let's hope they're not taking you for a ride.
 
still no love anywhere i have opened a case on paypal so I'm hoping for the best :) if i don't get the result or the card, i think my card collecting days will be slowing down :(
 
also the seller has escalated the case on paypal. Has anyone had the same problem or can give some advise and tips? This is my first case like this :) thanks and will be greatly appreciated
