Who else as a seller on ebay is sick of not being able to leave at least a neutral feedback for non paying winners? I have had an idea to start a petition about this, anyone interested?

Ok guys and girls, here is a link to the petition I have started, tell all your friends etc to sign it if they are as pi**ed of as everyone else.

Signed, i recently had a non paying bidder too. Absolutely pathetic when someone takes the time to bid but just mucks you about. Ebay live help did sweet **** all and of course i couldnt even leave a negative or neutral as the buyer deserved one .
